How we work
Each family’s photo collection is unique, however, the process for preservation is nearly identical. There are three main steps. These steps will ensure your family’s legacy will endure the tests of time and continue to be shared with generations to come.
Organize
The first step in getting your photo collection preserved and in great shape is to organize by year or decade; and discard bad photos or duplicates.This is needed for digital photos, printed photos, and slides. We can do this side-by-side or we can take care of this step for you.
Scan
Nearly everything can be scanned. We carefully take your printed photos, negatives, slides, children’s art work, old letters, and papers to the digital side. After being scanned they can be color corrected, restored, viewed on your private website, and shared easily.
Preserve
The last step in keeping your legacy alive forever is to duplicate the images and store them in 3 places. We suggest using the thumb drive (we provide with services), a hard drive, and uploading to a cloud service. Which are all part of our services. If you want a physical copy we can make a custom photo book for your family to view your newly captured photos.
