You always get your originals back, exactly as they were. I treat every item like it's irreplaceable — because it is.

You choose: cloud download link, USB drive, or DVD. Most clients prefer the cloud link because it's easy to share with family.

I can work with most tapes, even older ones. If a tape is too damaged to transfer, I'll let you know before any work is done — you'll never be charged for something I can't deliver.

Every project is different, but here's a general idea: Photo scanning starts at $0.38/photo. VHS transfer is $35/tape ($32 each for 10+). Slides start at $0.52/slide. Restoration starts at $1/photo. I always provide a free estimate before any work begins.

Yes — I offer pickup and delivery within 10 miles of Upland. I like to meet in person at a local coffee shop first, then we can arrange pickup and delivery from there. Easy and comfortable for everyone.

There's a $40 minimum project cost across all services. Most projects are well above that, but it keeps things fair for both of us.

Simple — 20% of your estimate is due upfront to start the project. The remaining balance is due when I return your originals. No surprise charges, no hidden fees. You'll always know the full cost before we begin.
